Westwood Genuine Free Range Chicken Drums and Thighs.
For Westwood Chickens the legs are the red meat. The leg muscles - drum and thigh are used for roaming freely on the property. This means the muscles are well exercised producing a redder meat. More flavour, a dense texture but still very juicy my favourite part of the chicken.
Versatile drum grilled or casseroled. Boneless thigh lightly marinade and under the grill or the best cut for a BBQ.
